Shipping Fees (within Canada)

With the option to shop from the comfort of home, there’s a reason online shopping is preferred by so many families across Canada. There’s no need to travel in bad weather, stand and wait in line, or drag around a cranky child. Sit back, relax, and shop when the time is right, for you.

In most circumstances your order will leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days. (*with the exception of Sweet Kyla bedding, see below…) Once your order leaves our warehouse it takes 2-10 business days for you to receive your item(s), depending on where it is being shipped to. We do our best to keep you updated if we have an out of stock item.

*Sweet Kyla bedding is custom made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery within Canada. Sweet Kyla bedding and decor is shipped directly from the manufacturer in Ontario.

Shipping Fees (within US)

We are happy to ship our Sweet Kyla bedding to US addresses. Some of our other product lines are not available to ship to US locations (there will be a note on individual product pages to let you know)

United States:
Flat-rate fee on all orders $24.99

You will be charged in CND funds. Visit for a general idea of the day’s current exchange rates.

Orders shipped to US addresses will be shipped by Canada Post (USPS Small Packet Airmail or Expedited, at our discretion).

You are responsible for package tracking fees and insurance (over $100), as well as taxes and duty that you may encounter at customs. If you require extra insurance, you will be billed separately for this. Parenting By Nature will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages, taxes or custom fees associated with you order. Feel free to contact us for a quote if you are placing a large order. Please note, any and all offers of Free Shipping do NOT apply to US addresses at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email receipt with an order ID# that you can use to check on the status of your order through our online tracking system.

Most orders will be provided with a tracking number you can use to track your order. We ship products through Canada Post, FedEx and UPS depending on which items are purchased. Shipping methods are pre-picked and in most cases you cannot choose an alternate shipping method.

Shipping Methods:

Most of our items are shipped via Canada Post. HOWEVER: Some drop ship items ship by Canada Post and others through a ground service such as FedEx.

Orders which include multiple items may be sent in multiple shipments and may have different processing/ship times and could also require different shipment methods. (See drop shipping below.)

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. At this time we are only accepting orders within Canada & United States.

Drop Shipping:

Several of our items are drop ship items (example: Sweet Kyla Crib Bedding), which means they are shipped to you directly from our supplier. These items are not available for local pick-up. Our drop shippers use Canada Post and ground service delivery such as FedEx.

Return Policy:

At Style My Nursery, we want you to be happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a complete refund on the same credit card which it was purchased on.

We will only accept returns of merchandise that are in their original packaging, un-worn and with all tags attached. Merchandise that is damaged or used will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Please note in order to obtain a refund contact us by email at marcie @ (remove the spaces). Please include your name, the reason for the return and a request for refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us. All sales are final after 30 days.


In an effort to do our part, we do our best to recycle and reuse packaging when possible. We will often use boxes that our suppliers have shipped products to us in for your orders. This means our boxes are not always the prettiest but we like to do our part for the environment and we reuse wherever possible.
