While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can and sometimes do occur. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of cancelling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item comes back in stock (if applicable).
You will receive an email receipt with an order ID# that you can use to check on the status of your order through our online tracking system.
Most orders will be provided with a tracking number you can use to track your order. We ship products through Canada Post, FedEx and UPS depending on which items are purchased. Shipping methods are pre-picked and in most cases you cannot choose an alternate shipping method.
What if I receive a defective product?
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by StyleMyNursery.com. StyleMyNursery.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of StyleMyNursery.com.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Since we attempt to process orders within 48 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling, and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. No fees will apply to any order cancelled before the items have been shipped. StyleMyNursery.com does charge sales tax on orders shipped within Canada. Taxes applied to your order will be based on the province or territory orders are being shipped to. All taxes will be added upon checkout. Taxes will not be added to orders shipped to the United States, however YOU are responsible for any customs duty or taxes levied.
Refusal Of Delivery:
If a package is refused for delivery, you (the customer) will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by StyleMyNursery.com. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost, once the package is back in our warehouse. The shipping costs and/or any shipping surcharges incurred will apply even if you were not originally charged a shipping fee (ie: free shipping offer).
Incorrect shipping address provided packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to any/all additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges.
